The Park City Police Department early in the week found evidence that target shooters might have been firing in the vicinity of Richardson Flat Road, along the S.R. 248 entryway.
On Sunday, Sept. 9 at 6:11 p.m., a police officer patrolled that area looking for target shooters. None were found, but the officer reported discovering junk like barrels had been brought to the site.
The junk could be targets for shooters, public police logs indicated.
