A scuffle at a Main Street nightclub earlier in September led to the police being called and a woman being ordered out, the Park City Police Department said.
Rick Ryan, a police captain, said the 31-year-old woman appeared to have consumed too much alcohol. She was wearing a leopard-print dress and red heels, the police said. The case was reported on Sept. 13 at 11:56 p.m.
Ryan said the woman is from Salt Lake City. He said the police were told she pushed an off-duty female staffer off the dance floor. Two male employees then escorted her outside the nightclub.
Ryan said the woman kicked and punched one of the male employees while she was being escorted out. A police officer ordered her to leave and not return. The nightclub did not want to press charges.
The police did not have details about what led to the scuffle.
