Hootenanny MOOSic Festival
The Hootenanny MOOSic Festival, a benefit for Mountain Town Music, will be held at the National Ability Center, 1000 Ability Way at Quinn's Junciton, on Saturday, Sept. 29, from noon until 6:30 p.m. The event will include live music from The Chickens, The Patwa Reggae Band and the Park City All Star Jam Band, featuring, but not limited to, Park City Mayor Dana Williams, Rich Wyman and Junior & the Transportation. In addition to the entertainment, the day will also include food, drinks, kids' games, a silent auction, opportunity drawings and the Cow Ballet. Eighth Annual Open Barn Days at Blue Moon Ranch
Blue Moon Alpaca Ranch, 3535 S. 1000 East in Woodland, will host its eighth annual open barn days on Saturday, Sept. 29, and Sunday, Sept. 30, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Guests can visit alpacas and have the opportunity to purchase yarn, hats, accessories and more. Family Pajamarama at the Summit County Library
The Summit County Library, Kimball Junction Branch, 1885 W Ute Blvd., will host a Family Pajama Story Time on Monday, Oct. 1, from 6 p.m. until 6:45 p.m. Families are encouraged to wear their comfy jammies and bunny slippers to the library for stories, songs, rhymes and fun.
