Shake, strain and serve up in a martini glass with ½ of the rim sugared. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Lavender/Chamomile honey:
Heat honey and water until honey is fully dissolved and incorporated and add chamomile tea. Steep for eight minutes. Add Lavender tea (with chamomile) and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate. Submitted by the Park City Area Restaurant Association.
