"Hairspray" at North Summit High School
North Summit High School will present the musical "Hairspray," in the school auditorium, 111 E. 100 South in Coalville, will continue on Saturday, Jan. 26, and Moday, Jan. 28, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased in advance at the school office or at the door before each performance. The Natural Capital Project at the Swaner EcoCenter
The Swaner EcoCenter, 1258 Center Dr. at Kimball Junction, will host the Natural Capital Project on Wednesday, Jan. 30, from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. The event will feature a lecture from Spencer Wood, marine ecologist of the Natural Capital Project, who will talk about the organization's efforts to quantify the value of natural capital — land, water and biodiversity. Ben Gurion Society Dinner at the Kimball Art Center
The Kimball Art Center, 638 Park Ave., will host the United Jewish Federation of Utah's Ben Gurion Society dinner on Thursday, Jan. 31, from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. The keynote speaker will be Dr. Elie Rekhess, author of "The Arab Spring — Two Years Later."
