The Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center was recently honored as the state’s outstanding facility by the Utah Recreation and Parks Association, a group consisting of professionals from across the state.

It is an annual award and the facility received a plaque for the accomplishment. The award was given during a convention in St. George earlier in March.

The $10.5 million Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center was built at the Park Meadows site of what was once the Racquet Club. The older facility was largely demolished during the work.
