As April 15 approaches, local taxpayers and small businesses may be scrambling to get all their ducks in a row. The National Association for the Self-Employed and the IRS have released additional tax tips for the public as time dwindles nearer to the dead-line. In addition to ensuring the public and small businesses file accurate and beneficial returns for 2012 – they are helping to make the public aware of changes to this year's tax code offering tax advice, assistance and resources. Ski-in Ski-out homes to break ground Peer Interest LLC announced this week through a press release, that the Utah limited liability company, formed a joint venture with Luc Robitaille, Hall of Fame hockey player. The mission to acquire and develop ski-in and ski-out homes in Deer Valley's Deer Crest took $4,330,000 in equity to acquire the subdivision. McCarthy Custom Homes, based in Utah will commence construction on the homes immediately. Deer Pointe is part of a gated community on Deer Valley ski resort. The 6,350 square-foot ski-in ski-out homes are designed by the Highland Group of Salt Lake City. According to Steve peer during an interview with The Park Record, the development plans to construct two initial homes with 10 in the long run. The first home is expected to be available in March 2014.
