Figure Skating Club of Park City: ‘Jungle Book’

The Figure Skating Club of Park City will present its spring performance at the Park City Ice Arena, 600 Gillmore Way at Quinn’s Junction, on Saturday, May 9, at 4 p.m. This year’s production is "Jungle Book." Tickets are $10 at the door. Children ages 5 and younger will be admitted for free. Proceeds will benefit the club and Friends of Animals Utah.

Spring into Summer: Celebration for Moms and Kids Postponed

The Spring into Summer celebration for mom and kids that was scheduled for Saturday, May 4, at the Newpark Resort and sponsored by Park City Moms has been rescheduled to June 7 due to the chance of inclement weather. The event will be called "Kickoff to Summer" and run from 1 p.m.-3:30 p.m. with a magic show at 2 p.m.

Winter Sports School Casino Night Fundraiser

The Winter Sports School will host a Casino Night Fundraiser on Saturday, May 9, at 6:30 p.m. at the Doubletree by Hilton Park City-The Yarrow, 1800 Park Ave. The public is invited for a fun evening of casino games, buffet dinner and silent and live auctions. Tickets are $125 per person and all proceeds will benefit the Winter Sports School students. Sierra Club Social

The Utah Chapter of the Sierra Club will hold a social at Treasure Mountain Inn, 255 Main St., on Saturday, May 9, from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Staff from Summit County will talk about the Power Works program, and its entry in Georgetown University’s Energy Prize national competition for community energy efficiency. Newcomers of Greater Park City Coffee

Newcomers of Greater Park City will host its monthly coffee meeting at Park City Community Church, 4501 S.R. 224, on Wednesday, May 13, from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. The speaker will be Patrick Saucier, recreational coordinator for Basic Recreation.
