Worker housing plan challenged: Eight people who live close to the land where City Hall wants to build a work force housing project on Friday challenged the recent Planning Commission approval of the development. They have asked the City Council reconsider the lower panel's approval. The local government wants to put up 13 houses on eight acres at 2060 Park Ave. The Planning Commission on July 9 unanimously approved the development, one of City Hall's most ambitious work force housing projects.
