At least three hit-and-run accidents reported inside Park City

The Park City Police Department last week received at least three reports of drivers leaving the scene of accidents, with the hit-and-run cases reported in Old Town and in Prospector.

On Sunday, May 30 at 3:14 p.m., Someone struck a vehicle and then left the scene close to the Daly Avenue-Hillside Avenue intersection at the southern tip of Main Street. The incident occurred sometime in the two weeks before the report was made. The police received the complaint at 3:14 p.m.

Earlier that day, the police received a complaint about a driver hitting a car and then leaving the scene, reported to be on the 200 block of Park Avenue. The police received the complaint at 1:59 p.m., and dispatchers were told the damage occurred sometime between 11 p.m. the night before and noon on the day the case was reported to the police.

Meanwhile, at 11:28 a.m., on Friday, May 28, someone struck a vehicle and then drove off, with the report coming from someone on Prospector Avenue.
