Keller Williams Real Estate donated $5K in 2009
Keller Williams Park City Real Estate recently made a combined donation of $5,000 to four local organizations. The donation was equally disbursed to The Peoples Health Clinic, Peace House, Park City Education Foundation and a Parley’s Park Elementary School Employee in Need. The four groups were chosen from a list of organizations nominated by agents and staff from Keller Williams. Nancy Tallman was the 2009 chairperson of KW Cares Park City, the fund raising arm of Keller Williams. Additional contributions to this fund, and request for donations, can be made to Hong McDonald, the 2010 chairperson.
Free Roth IRA seminar to be held Feb. 27
Edward Jones financial advisor Joe Cronley of Park City is hosting a free 60-minute educational seminar titled, "Roth IRAs: Retirement Can Be Less Taxing" at The Grub Steak Restaurant Feb. 27 at 9 a.m. at 2200 Sidewinder Drive in Park City.
Energy workshops offered at Swaner
The Swaner Eco Center will host conservation workshops Feb. 24 and 25. Wednesday s presentation, "Energy Audits Get Efficient First," will cover energy efficiency in your home and business. On Thursday, learn more about energy with Joe Andrade, Professor of Engineering at the University of Utah. Reservations are required and space is limited.

Correction on Silver Strike Lodge auction
The Silver Strike Lodge units sold in auction last month average at 45 percent off previous asking price. The Feb. 20 article, "More developers auction off new units" included an erroneous statement about that percentage.
