PCWBN April Networking meeting

The Park City Women’s Business Network will hold its April networking meeting on Tuesday, April 8, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Right At Home Designs located at 1745 Bonanza Dr. Ron Dubberly, a licensed furniture appraiser and estate sale specialist, will be at the event to appraise items for those who attend.

Whimsy clothing shop relocates

Whimsy Clothing, originally located at 1685 Bonanza Dr., has relocated to 1351 Kearns Blvd. The shop opened for business at its new location on April 2.

The shop is located next to a new shop called Denim Lounge. Whimsy features women’s clothing and accessories, including dresses, skirts, boots and jewelry.

Estate sale at Kimball Art Center

Jake Eberts, chemical engineer turned film producer, best known for films such as "Ghandi," "Dances with Wolves," and "A River Runs Through It" recently passed away. According to a press release, the films he was involved with garnered 65 Academy Award nominations, including four for Best Picture.

Eberts’ family has offered to sell some of their private art collection to benefit the Kimball Art Center and the Peace House. The estate sale will be held Friday and Saturday, April 11-12 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at 628 Park Ave.
