Sunday road closuresMain Street, Heber Avenue, and Swede Alley will be closed to all vehicular traffic from 6 a.m. through 6 p.m. for the start and finish of Stage 6.Deer Valley Drive, Bonanza Drive, and Park Avenue will be closed to all vehicular traffic between 11:45 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for the start of Stage 6. Main Street, Deer Valley Drive, Marsac Avenue, and Empire Pass will be closed between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. for the finish of Stage 6.
Tips for drivers on Saturday (Stage 5) and Sunday (Stage 6)If you are traveling toward the race (in the opposite direction of the race), the Utah Highway Patrol motorcycles and/ or Utah Highway Patrol cars will control all traffic at certain intersections as well as the traffic lane you are traveling in, treating this as a rolling road closure. You will be required to pull to the side of the road and stop until the race has passed. Traffic is allowed to follow behind the race, but only at race speed. No passing is permitted by any motor vehicle along the road being used by the professional cyclists or authorized race caravan vehicles.
