Open House at the National Ability Center

The National Ability Center is hosting their annual Open House from 10 a.m. 3 p.m. Saturday. New CEO Dale Schoon will be on hand with Meeche White to answer questions. Organizers say the open house includes pony rides, climbing walls, lama rides, ice cream and hot dogs. Shepherd of the Mountains Car Wash to Benefit The Peace House

Community Shepherd of the Mountains Lutheran Church will hold a car wash on Saturday from 10 a.m. – noon. Thrivent Financial will match all donations and all proceeds will be given to The Peace House. Shepherd of the Mountains is located at 4051 N Highway 224, near the entrance to The Canyons.

Art in the Afternoon

Enjoy an entrée at Easy Street Restaurant while mingling with local artists. The event is Saturday, July 19, from noon 4 p.m. at Easy Street Plaza at the corner of Main Street and Heber Avenue. It is being sponsored by Sky Lodge and Coda Gallery.

Dinner and a Winemaker

The Sky Lodge Hotel continues its winemaker dinner series on Friday, July 18 at 6:30 p.m., with a 45-seat Vintner Dinner Series at fin featuring wines from Napa’s Oakville Ranch Vineyards.
