The deadline for Summit County Artscape has been extended to Friday, April 1. Summit County Artscape is an outdoor public art sculpture gallery. Up to 10 outdoor sculptures will be selected to be displayed in Coalville, which entertains thousands of visitors every year at the Summit County Fair and the Girls’ Softball Tournament. Pieces need to be ready to install and sustainable outdoors without maintenance for one year. "Robin Hood" auditions
Prospector ARTS announces auditions for "Robin Hood: the Musical," by Brothers Cobb. Auditions will be held Saturday, March 12, beginning at 11 a.m., at the Prospector Lodge, 2175 Sidewinder Dr. Those interested must attend the audition prepared to learn a dance combination, do a cold read and sing 16 bars of a favorite song a cappella or with a CD. There will be no accompanist.
’50s Family Fun
Craft and Game Night at the Park City Museum, 528 Main Street, will be held on Thursday, March 10, beginning at 5:30 p.m., will feature kitschy crafts and games from the 1950s. Moon Lecture at Jordanelle
Join the Jordanelle State Park naturalist on Saturday, March 12, from 10 a.m. to noon, and learn why the moon has phases and how the moon affects wildlife. Learn art of animal tracking and how to identify animal tracks. Bring snowshoes or borrow a pair from the park. Pre-registration is required.
