Treasure Mountain leaders donate to Friends of Animals

Under the direction of eighth-grader Kayla Harden, students at Treasure Mountain International School collected "Pennies for Puppies and Coins for Kittens" through March. On Monday, March 28, Harden presented $105 to Claudia McMullin, the executive director of Friends of Animals Utah during the Leadership class.

Students in the Treasure Mountain Leadership Class plan to establish a Youth Board to help Friends of Animals with fundraising and community education.

Alumni night for Education Awareness Month

The Swaner Eco Center is hosting a college-graduate alumni night to wrap up Education Awareness Month in the Park City School District. Attendees can represent their college or university and help Park City High School students navigate their school decision process. The event is co-sponsored by Park City School District, the Park City Education Foundation and Utah State University.
