Longtime Park City resident Erma Bellizzi passed peacefully Monday morning, Nov. 8. Erma celebrated her 99th birthday on Halloween with her family. Her wish was to live 100 years; she made it into her 100th year. She never considered herself old, always wanting to help the "elderly." Her love and kindness was felt by everyone who knew her. She touched many lives at all levels. She will be missed but not forgotten.
She is survived by her children: Chuck Ballard and Bernadette Clahane of Park City; her grandchildren: John/Trish Clahane, NY, Ann/Pat Morgan, PC, Michele Lemke, NY, Kathleen Britton, PC, Denise/Tom Travolina, NC, Scott Ballard, PC, Kristin Ballard, WY, and Jim/Tamara Clahane, PA; 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
A celebration of her life was held on Sunday, Nov. 14, 6:30 p.m. at Mtn Vineyard Christian Fellowship, 1401 Kearns Blvd. PC. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Prevent Blindness America would be greatly appreciated.
