Hit-and-run traffic accidents reported on Main Street, elsewhere

The Park City Police Department received a series of complaints last week about hit-and-run traffic accidents, with the cases filed by people in different parts of the city.

The cases included:

  • on Sunday, Dec. 18 at 5:20 p.m., an accident was reported on the 1900 block of Park Avenue. The police were told the driver’s side of the victim’s vehicle was smashed.
  • on Saturday, Dec. 17 at 11:29 p.m., the police received a report that a driver in an Audi hit a Chevy truck and then left. The report was filed from Main Street. Public police logs indicated one of the vehicles might have had Texas license plates.
  • on Saturday, Dec. 17 at 12:48 p.m., a hit-and-run traffic accident was reported on the 1500 block of Snow Creek Drive.
  • on Friday, Dec. 16 a car parked in a lot on Park Avenue was hit. The police received the report at 11:50 a.m.
