Obituary

Thomas Moore Sedgwick

Thomas Moore Sedgwick died in his home, July 6, 2006, after a long illness. At his side was his best friend and wife of 56 years, Lee.

Tom was born Oct. 9, 1928, in New York City to Norah and Matthew Sedgwick. His early life was not easy but he overcame many obstacles to become a success by almost any measure. He could and did build rockets and just about everything else.

He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He served as a mentor and example to his children and friends all over the world. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.

He leaves behind his wife, Eleanor (Lee); children: Tad, Sara and Peter; and grandchildren: Tommy, Angelica, Julian and Caroline. May he rest in peace.
