Park City Mac leaves Kimball Junction
Kevin Kennedy, owner of Park City Mac, has left his store at 1612 Ute Blvd. the same building as the Kimball Junction Subway and the state liquor store.
He shared the retail space with his wife, who owned the Park City Yarn Company. It is also gone.
Management of the building changed and he wasn’t successful in renegotiating his lease, he said.
"We just didn’t need the brick and mortar anymore. I’m a service guy I have 1,000 customers," he said.
Kennedy said he plans to continue servicing those clients by going to them. The store was mostly for retail, which became less important for his business, he said.
To contact him, Kennedy directs clients to the website, http://www.parkcitymac.com .
