Paint for homeless pets

Join Friends of Animals Utah on Saturday, April 3, for a volunteer paint day at the new Rescue & Rehab Ranch in Brown’s Canyons. Paint, brushes and supplies will be provided just bring old clothes and a willingness to work! Sessions are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. RSVP to Kitty Bennion at kitty@markhuber.com or 640-7889. Cowboy Night

Saddle up and come on down to Cowboy Night at Park City’s historic Egyptian Theater April 9-10. This action-packed, family-friendly show features award-winning cowboy poets Jeff Carson and Fred Engel, the fiddlin’ and guitar pickin’ prowess of Doc and the Lady, original cowboy songs by In-Cahoots, and the fastest gun in the west, Pat Garrett. New pottery classes

The Kimball is offering new Private Pottery Classes that can be scheduled any time for all ages, abilities, and group sizes. The 2-hour classes explore wheel throwing or hand building and the cost ($75 per individual plus $50 for each additional person) includes all materials and kiln fees. Bowling leagues

The newest league launched at Jupiter Bowl will determine which Park City eatery boasts the best bowlers. On Monday nights at 10 p.m., teams from local restaurants will gather to vie for the championship title as well as great prizes.
