St. Regis stirs up nitrogen ice cream demos

Chip McMullin, the Executive Chef at St. Regis Deer Valley, demonstrated how to make ice cream using liquid nitrogen Wednesday afternoon at the hotel property. McMullin will be offering more demonstrations where guests can select and mix different ingredients in the future. Locals, hotel guests and tourists are welcome to register for upcoming demonstartions and tastings, which will be offered throughout the year and costs $16 per person.
