Water balloons hurled from China Bridge, thrown outside a movie

The Park City Police Department on Nov. 18 received two complaints within 32 minutes of each other about people throwing water balloons.

In the first case, at 7:13 p.m., the police were called to the China Bridge garage to investigate. An officer was unable to find anyone with water balloons, though. The police had been told people were throwing the water balloons off the garage.

At 7:45 p.m., meanwhile, people were reportedly seen throwing water balloons close to people in line waiting for a movie on the 1700 block of Park Avenue.

The police were told the people with the water balloons might be driving a white sport utility vehicle, but they might have gotten into another vehicle.
