On Sunday, March 2, the Park City Police Department received at least four complaints about parking problems along Silver King Drive. They were logged between 12:33 p.m. and 12:43 p.m.
A sport utility vehicle was reported to be possibly blocking traffic along the Mine Road, approximately halfway between Old Town and upper Deer Valley. The police received the report at 11:49 a.m. The vehicle was out of gas, the police were told.
The police conducted traffic patrols for a little more than two hours starting at 8:11 a.m. on the 2100 block of Park Avenue. Police logs indicated 10 traffic violations were addressed in some manner. The logs, though, did not provide details.
A carbon monoxide detector sounded somewhere along Thaynes Canyon Drive at 7:52 a.m. The Park City Fire District was summoned. The people inside left the premises prior to the firefighters arriving, the police said.
A suspected intoxication case was reported on the 700 block of Main Street at 1:52 a.m. Public police logs did not provide details.
At 1:39 a.m., a disorderly conduct case was reported on the 400 bock of Main Street. The people there apparently had the situation under control shortly after the police were called.
Someone along Main Street at 1:26 a.m. reported people were yelling. The person also wanted to file a complaint about the volume of the music at a nightclub. Public police logs did not provide details, including the location along Main Street.
Two taxis apparently were involved in an accident at 12:25 a.
A suspected intoxication case was reported at 12:21 a.m. on the 600 block of Main Street. Public police logs did not provide details.
On Saturday, March 1 at 11:52 p.m., the police received a report from someone on Main Street claiming a bartender was attempting to steal money. The person told the police the bartender charged a credit card a different amount than the tab. The person called the police from a restroom, the police said.
An open fire was reported at or close to the intersection of Doc Holliday Drive and Buffalo Bill Drive at 7:41 p.m. Police logs did not provide details. The police indicated it was an issue for City Hall's code enforcement officers.
A vehicle was reported to be idling for nine minutes on the 1700 block of Park Avenue. The police were told the vehicle was a taxi.
A dog was found at the Old Town transit center at 3:23 p.m.
At 2:50 p.m., two youngsters were reported to be sledding on a hill off Marsac Avenue close to Empire Club Drive. They apparently were sledding onto Marsac Avenue, according to police logs.
On Friday, Feb. 28 at 11:06 p.m., a man was suspected to have shoplifted at a store on Sidewinder Drive. The man was cooperative, the police were told. Police logs did not provide details.
A loud party was reported at 2:53 a.m. on Queen Esther Drive.
At 1:45 a.m., the police received a report that a dark-colored vehicle with red and blue lights in the grill was seen on either S.R. 224 or S.R. 248. The vehicle was not in use by an undercover officer, the police said. Public police logs described the circumstances as "suspicious." An attempt-to-locate direction was given, the police said.
Two cases described as disorderly conduct were reported within a few minutes of each other on Main Street, the first at 12:52 a.m. and the other one eight minutes later. Public police logs did not provide details.
On Thursday, Feb. 27 at 9:43 p.m., four or five men were reported to be throwing snowballs at a car somewhere along Main Street.
A hit-and-run accident was reported on Victory Lane at 4:40 p.m. The accident occurred in a parking lot, the police were told. The police said a witness got the license-plate number of the suspect's vehicle.
Skis were reported stolen on the 2200 block of Deer Valley Drive at 11:21 a.m. The skis disappeared an hour before the report, the police said.
A carbon monoxide detector was triggered at 9:38 a.m. on the 1400 block of Lowell Avenue. The Fire District was summoned.
At 2:03 a.m., a man was reportedly seen stumbling down the street along the 800 block of Norfolk Avenue. The man passed out in the street 15 minutes later, the police were told. The Police Department classified the case as intoxication.
On Wednesday, Feb. 26 at 7:35 p.m., a purse was reported to have been stolen from a vehicle on the 700 block of Main Street. The vehicle was parked in a garage, the police said.
At 12:47 a.m., a taxi driver reported there was an intoxicated person on the 2000 block of Solamere Drive.
On Tuesday, Feb. 25, skis were reported stolen on the 1300 block of Lowell Avenue.
On Monday, Feb. 24 at 5:45 p.m., skis were reported stolen on the 9200 block of Marsac Avenue.
At 5:13 p.m., an apparent hit-and-run accident was reported on the 1700 block of Sidewinder Drive. A witness provided a license-plate number of the suspect vehicle. The accident occurred approximately 30 minutes prior to the police report.
