Provo man dies after accident at PCMR
A Provo man died on Saturday after sustaining injuries in a skiing accident at Park City Mountain Resort that day, according to an obituary posted by a mortuary in Provo.
Canyon McKay Copa was 25 years old and enjoyed the outdoors, the obituary said. His outdoor activities included hiking, climbing, rappelling and canyoneering, according to the obituary. He was a physical therapy technician in Spanish Fork, it said.
PCMR released a statement saying a man was taken to Park City Medical Center after what the resort described as a "medical incident." It occurred on the Homerun trail.
