Bring your preschoolers to take the ride of their lives. Thomas the Tank Engine is pulling into the station for a larger than life experience at The Heber Valley Railroad, May 24-27, Memorial Day Weekend for Day Out With Thomas: The Go Go Thomas Tour 2013.
This fun-filled event offers little engineers and their families the opportunity to take a ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, star of the popular Thomas & Friends series. In addition, children will meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway and enjoy a day of Thomas-themed activities including arts and crafts, storytelling and more. The tour, now in its 18th year, will make stops in more than 45 U.S. cities and is expected to welcome nearly one million passengers in 2013.
Day Out With Thomas The Go Go Thomas Tour 2013 is presented by HIT Entertainment, a worldwide leader in children's entertainment, and sponsored by MEGA Brands, a leading toy company, and all inclusive Hard Rock Hotels.
The event activities include an approximately 25-minute long ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, an opportunity to meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway, a visit to the Thomas & Friends Imagination Station; featuring stamps, temporary tattoos, hands-on arts & crafts, train tables, and coloring sheets. There will also be storytelling, video viewing and live music.
Thomas the Tank Engine is scheduled to be in Heber City Friday, May 24 - Monday, May 27. Trains run from 10 am - 6 pm. The station is located at 450 South 600 West.
