Summit County Library Annual Memorial Day Weekend Used Book Sale
Summit County Library Kimball Junction Branch, 1885 W. Ute Blvd., will host its annual used book sale, through Monday, May 26. Hours for Saturday will be 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. Hours on Sunday and Monday will be from noon until 5 p.m. The event is presented by Friends of the Summit County Library. Earthwings at the Swaner EcoCenter
Earthwings founder and falconer Eric McGill will be at the Swaner EcoCenter, 1258 Center Dr., on Saturday, May 24, from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. with a baby Eurasian eagle-owl. The owlet will join Earthwings' other birds that work to educate classes and audiences throughout Utah on the importance of understanding and protecting the natural world.
