Easter at PCMR

Submitted by Park City Mountain Resort Park City Mountain Resort's historic Golden Anniversary season closes with the resort's traditional Easter Egg Hunts on its final day of winter operations, Easter Sunday, April 20.

The resort’s Easter program includes: free hot chocolate and pastries for guests, an on-snow egg hunt near the base area for its youngest guests, an on-mountain hunt on First Time run for youth guests on skis and its all-mountain hunt open to all guests. Two Golden Eggs hidden on the mountain will each hold a 2014-15 season pass clues to one of the egg’s locations will be revealed on the resort’s Facebook and Twitter pages each day beginning April 16. All hunts begin promptly at 9 a.m.

In addition to traditional Easter treats, eggs will be holding vouchers for official Park City Mountain Resort 50th anniversary collectibles including: T-shirts, hats, water bottles and more.

Closing Day festivities continue in the afternoon with the season’s final Miller Lite Après Concert series event: live music by Junior & Transportation in the resort plaza from 2-4 p.m.

Schedule of events

  • 8:45 a.m. Free hot chocolate and pastries in resort plaza
  • 9 a.m. Easter Bunny and Egg Hunt in Kids’ Korral (ages 6 and under)
  • 9 a.m. Lifts open for All-Mountain Egg Hunt
  • 2 p.m. Miller Lite Après Concert Series: Junior & Transportation
  • The Easter Bunny will also be making turns on the mountain all day.
