Montage Deer Valley is a Park City ski resort known for its traditional and luxurious residences. The most expensive Montage residence to date has just been sold for $6.37 million, close to last year's $8.25 million record-breaking sale.

According to Jenna Markowick, Account Executive for Castillo & Ruig Communications, Montage Residence Deer Valley has brought in approximately $112 million in sales since the resort's inception in 2010, $44 million in sales since August 2012 and has closed 30 sales this year to date.

The resort also recently announced its Designer Residence Collection, residences with custom interiors created by renowned interior designer Barclay Butera.

Mark Rodeheaver, Marketing and Sales at Montage Hotels and Resorts, said that floors eight and nine are fully-furnished, either by Barclay Butera or the Montage team, but the residence sold was on the 11th floor.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom and 4,367 square foot home comes with all the privileges Montage Deer Valley residents receive, such as the Residents' Lounge. The lounge is equipped with a concierge, a full continental breakfast every morning and a computer lab, which is supported with Wi-Fi.

The residences have a view of the mountains and ski trails, and some have a view down the mountain of the heart of Park City.
