Rotary Club to hold luncheon for non-profits

The Park City Rotary Club is set to hold a luncheon for the non-profit organizations in the area. According to a press release, the event serves as a "token of appreciation" to the non-profits serving Summit County. The Rotary Club is inviting one representative from each non-profit to the lunch, which is scheduled for June 28 at noon at the Grub Streak Restaurant. Additionally, two programs will be unveiled — the small grant program for non-profits with operating budgets of $500,000 or less, and the Giving Tree fundraising program. Restaurant association awards scholarship

The Park City Area Restaurant Association has given its annual $1,000 scholarship to Olivia Enyart, from Park City High School. According to a press release, Enyart intends to earn a culinary degree from Western Colorado Community College and a degree in hospitality from Colorado Mesa University. Ginger Ries, president of the Park City Restaurant Association, said Enyart is a worthy recipient. "Her dedication and passion for food, her hard work, and just the fun she has in these kitchens all show she’s going to excel no matter what she chooses to do," Ries said in the release. "We’re so proud to be supporting her with this scholarship."

Job seekers can search at Tanger Outlets

Tanger Outlets is set to hold a job fair on Saturday, June 11. According to a press release, the fair is scheduled to run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dozens of the outlet’s stores are searching for employees, ranging from part-time workers to managers.
