A Summit Park woman reported that someone has been stealing medical records from her house and car while she is out of the house. She said private investigators may have been involved in the thefts and she is concerned the suspects are following her. Deputies determined there was no evidence to support her claims.
Deputies approached a vehicle in a Basin park area after dark and smelled alcohol and marijuana coming from the vehicle. The occupants of the vehicle were minors, and the vehicle was searched. Deputies found a bottle of alcohol, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to the Sheriff's Office. The driver and another passenger were cited for an alcohol offense and released. A juvenile was referred to juvenile court on counts of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
On Wednesday, April 3, someone reported that another vehicle pulled up alongside them on Interstate 84 and a male in the passenger seat exposed himself. The suspect was later located and was referred to juvenile court.
Three males attempted to enter a camp trailer in North Summit. No property was missing or damaged.
On Tuesday, April 2, deputies stopped a vehicle for a stop sign violation on S.R. 32 and discovered the driver had four active warrants.
A woman reported a Summit Park man would not give back her cleaning deposit. The individuals were told it was a civil matter and they needed to contact the courts.
A deputy approached an individual in North Summit who showed signs of alcohol consumption and marijuana use. After admitting to possessing marijuana, the suspect was arrested. Fifteen grams of mushrooms were found on the suspect, the Sheriff's Office said.
On Monday, April 1, a Basin woman with an extensive history of drug and alcohol abuse was found unresponsive in her Basin home. She was pronounced dead at the scene and the body was released to the medical examiner's office.
Deputies responded to a report of domestic violence in South Summit, but no physical violence had taken place. Both individuals agreed to be civil and stay in separate rooms of the house.
On Sunday, March 31, a Basin woman reported harassment by a long time friend. Both individuals agreed to stop contacting each other.
Deputies responded to an alleged assault by a woman on her husband in the Basin. Possible domestic violence charges will be screened through the county attorney.

Deputies responded to a report of a woman who reportedly assaulted her estranged husband. She was arrested and booked into jail for domestic violence assault.
On Saturday, March 30, deputies stopped a vehicle on S.R. 224 for having no license plate. Upon questioning, the driver admitted to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A search of the car revealed both the marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
A man claims he gave a roommate 30 days to find another place to live. When the roommate was still residing at the Kimball Junction apartment a month later, he put the roommate's belongings on the porch. The roommate called the Sheriff's Office later in the day, stating that he was kicked out of his apartment. During the conversation, deputies discovered the roommate had a warrant and was subsequently arrested.
Deputies received a call about a person walking down S.R. 248 wearing only a bra and jeans. The caller reportedly picked the person up and dropped her off at a nearby apartment complex. A deputy responded but was unable to locate her.
On Friday, March 29, deputies located two individuals in South Summit who were reportedly planning to sell marijuana to a female juvenile. Deputies found marijuana on one of the individuals, who allegedly admitted to arranging to sell the marijuana to the juvenile. A police dog used to detect illegal drugs signaled smelling some in the vehicle. A search revealed a small amount of marijuana and a glass pipe inside the vehicle. One of the individuals was arrested on charges of arranging to distribute marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The other individual was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.
A vehicle was stopped in Summit County for a traffic violation. Deputies discovered the driver had a revoked driver's license and no ignition interlock device. The passenger was found to have several outstanding warrants. Both occupants were arrested and the vehicle was impounded.
On Thursday, March 28, deputies responded to a report of domestic violence in the vicinity of Kimball Junction. The male was intoxicated and was arrested.
Deputies stopped a speeding vehicle on I-80 and smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search revealed a small amount of marijuana, a pipe and an open container of alcohol. The passenger was cited and released.
On Wednesday, March 27, deputies discovered marijuana in a Basin apartment. Four occupants were detained and several containers of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were seized. The suspects were booked into the Summit County Jail.
