Snyderville Basin Fieldhouse closing for Sundance
The Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District Fieldhouse, located in Kimball Junction, has announced it is changing its hours over the weekend to accommodate the Sundance Film Festival awards ceremony Saturday, Jan. 30. The Fieldhouse will be open Saturday from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. Regular gym hours will resume Sunday at 5:30 a.m. The field will remain closed until Monday.
Summit County Democrats will hold June primary following split vote
Delegates were unable to decide between Snyderville Basin Planning Commissioner Thomas Cooke and housing advocate Megan McKenna for County Council Seat C. The position is currently held by Chair Malena Stevens, who is not seeking reelection.
