The Miners won their third region tournament of the season, defeating second-place Wasatch by 20 strokes. Park City finished with a total of 276, while the Wasps finished at 296. Judge Memorial and Juan Diego tied for third place at 311, while Union was fourth with 315.
All eight Miners shot in the 60s or 70s, and the team was led by senior Justin Shluker who shot an impressive -6 (66) in Midway. Freshman Mitch Schow was right behind Shluker with a -5 (67), while sophomore Jalen Roberts finished with a -2 (70). Senior captain Adam Eisenbarth shot +1 (73) and was followed by junior Harry Hanskat at +2 (74). Jack Egan and Jackson Rogers each shot +3 (75), while freshman Drew Fleming shot +5 (77).
"They bounced back," said Park City head coach George Murphy in an email. "It was a day for low rounds by the team."
Through four Region 10 tournaments, the Miners lead the field by 65 strokes.
