This will be the final weekend of PCMR's summer schedule. The Crescent lift and Town Lift will be operational from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. The PayDay Lift and the resort's base area will continue to operate until Oct. 20, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Canyons will close for the summer after this weekend. The gondola will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, with the High Meadow lift and Short Cut lift open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Ride the gondola to reach the Canyons Bike Park, with features for all skill levels, along with hiking and biking trails, Zip Tour adventures, disc golf, and an alpine lake with paddleboats and fishing. UTAH OLYMPIC PARK

WASATCH MOUNTAIN STATE PARK
This state park near Midway has facilities for hiking, biking, camping, horseback riding and camping as well as two 18-hole golf courses. JORDANELLE STATE PARK
Located on Jordanelle Reservoir just east of Park City, Jordanelle State Park offers camping, boating, fishing and swimming. Hours are 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Daily fees are $10 per car at Hailstone, $7 at Rock Cliff. However, at Rock Cliff, the boat ramp and many of the campsites are closed. Annual passes are $75. For details call (435) 649-9540.
ROCKPORT STATE PARK

WASATCH-CACHE NATIONAL FOREST
The Kamas Ranger District maintains trails and campgrounds in the Uinta Mountains east of Kamas. Due to the government shutdown, all campgrounds and developed recreational areas are closed. General areas of the National Forest where you may drive, hike, hunt and fish remain accessible. A rec day pass is $6 for 1-3 days of use, or $45 for an annual pass.
