Music for tikes

PR

Imagination Place is holding free 30-minute music demonstrations for parents and their children up to four years of age. The purpose of the program is to enable children, as well as the adults participating with them, to become more comfortable with musical expression and to develop musically at their own pace. As a highly beneficial side effect, making music contributes to the development of language and other intelligences including spatial and mathematical abilities. There will be singing, chanting, dancing and playing instruments. They will hold a free "Music Together" demonstration at Colby School, 3770 North Hwy. 224 in Park City. They will also hold demonstrations in Salt Lake around the same time. All demonstrations are RSVP only. For more information call: (801) 463-9067 or email imaginationplace30 p.m. Tickets for the show are $35 to $50. A post party will be catered by Shabu, those tickets are $100. For tickets and information call (435)649-9371.
