Third Annual Chef Wars at Riverhorse on Main

The third annual Chef Wars fundraiser for Nuzzles & Co. will be held at Riverhorse on Main, 540 Main St., on Sunday, April 24. The competition will feature Riverhorse Executive Chef Adams, Handle’s Briar Handly — who won last year — Tupelo’s Matt Harris and Zoom’s Jordan Harvey. This year’s celebrity judges will be actress and producer Katherine Heigl, producer Nancy Heigl and City Home Collective Founder Cody Derrick. Tickets are $95, and admission includes a drink ticket. Tickets can be purchased by visiting nuzzlesandCo.org or the Nuzzles & Co. Facebook page. Attendees must be 21 or older.

Kimball Art Center Clay Studio Grand Opening

The Kimball Art Center, 1401 Kearns Blvd., will celebrate the grand opening of its new ceramic studio on Sunday, April 24, from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. The event, which will feature kids’ clay activities, wheel throwing demonstrations and refreshments, is free and open to the public. Volunteer Training Workshops at the Park City Museum

The Park City Museum, 528 Main St., will host a volunteer training workshop on Wednesday, April 27, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. The training will focus on Research and collections and will be presented by Collections Curator Courtney Titus and research Coordinator Mahala Ruddell. High Country Fly Fishers Men’s Clinic

High Country Fly Fishers, the Park City Chapter of Trout Unlimited, will host a men’s clinic from April 27 to April 30. Participants will learn tips, get fitted with waders, and practice casting at the Deer Valley ponds before heading out to do some real fishing. The cost is $50 for non members and $30 for members. National Charity League Summit County Meeting

Mother-daughter teams interested in joining NCL Summit County are invited to the next general meeting, Sunday, May 15, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at 2567 Silver Cloud Court. NCL is a fun and rewarding service and leadership organization for moms and their daughters entering grades 7 to 12. Membership applications are due May 21.
