The University of Utah Park City Institute will host a presentation called Staying Young and Active While Getting Older by Dr. Robert T. Burks, director of the University of Utah’s sports medicine fellowship, on Wednesday, April 9, at the Utah Olympic Park, 3419 Olympic Parkway, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Admission is $35 for one person or $50 for two. Women’s Giving Fund Membership Finale
The Women’s Giving Fund will host its membership drive finale at Hotel Park City, 201 Park Ave., on Thursday, April 10, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. This will be the last chance to sign up for memberships. Prevention is Power at Anaya’s Market
The People’s Health Clinic will host a prevention is power party at Anaya’s Market, 1490 Munchkin Rd., on Saturday, April 12, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. The event will celebrate National Minority Health Month with samples of healthy Mexican recipes, created by some of Park City’s finest chefs. The event will also offer a free health screening, oral health evaluation and children’s activities.
