Live From Russia: Edward Snowden

The Park City Instittue will kick off its Main Stage season with Live From Russia: Edward Snowden at the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts, 1750 Kearns Blvd., on Saturday, Dec. 5, at 7:30 p.m. KUER’s Doug Frabrizio will interview Snowden via video feed. Yoga for Paws

The Shop Yoga Studio, 1167 Woodside Ave., will host a benefit yoga class fundraiser for Paws for Life, a nonprofit that saves animals in the community. The class will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 11 a.m. until noon. All levels and families are welcome. After the class there will be giveaways, appetizers, juice, drinks and more. The 2015 Park City Santa Pub Crawl

The 2015 Park City Santa Pub Crawl will be held on Saturday, Dec. 5. The event, open to ages 21 and older, will start at Handle and Butcher’s Chop House and Bar at 6:30 p.m. and proceed up Main Street to Downstairs at 8 p.m., No Name Saloon at 9:30 p.m. and O.P. Newcomers of Greater Park City

The Newcomers of Greater Park City will host its annual holiday brunch at Park City Community Church, 4501 N. Not PC Players at O.P. Rockwell

National Charity League

Summit County’s chapter of the National Charity League (NCL), a mother-daughter service and leadership organization, is now accepting applications for membership for girls currently grades six through 11. Prospective members are welcome to attend the general meeting that will be held Sunday, Dec. 13, from 3 p.m.until 5 p.m. at 2080 Bear Hollow Dr. Applicants must be sponsored and applications are due on Jan. 7, 2016.
