Arts-Kids Volunteer Opportunities
Arts-Kids is in need of volunteers for its spring session that will begin in February. Arts-Kids offers 8-week after school groups in Summit and Wasatch Counties. Volunteers commit three hours for one day a week after school. Call 435-615-7878 or email email@example.com for more information. Mountain Lion! The Story of Pumas and People
The Swaner EcoCenter, 1258 Center Dr. at Kimball Junction, is currently showing Mountain Lion! The Story of Pumas and People. The exhibit blends science, history and art to provide an in-depth look at Utah’s most mysterious and elusive predator. Family activities, including rotating crafts, and are held Thursdays from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Sundays from noon until 5 p.m. For more information, visit http://www.swanerecocenter.org .
Irish Comedy Tour at the Egyptian Theatre
The Egyptian Theatre, 328 Main St., will present the Irish Comedy Tour from Thursday, Jan. 15, through Saturday, Jan. 17. The performances will begin at 8 p.m. The Irish Comedy Tour will feature Irish-American comedians Damon Leibert, Derrick Keane, Mike McCarthy and Derek Richards. Tickets for Thursday range from $23 to $40 and tickets for Friday and Saturday run from $29 to $50. Tickets can be purchased by visiting http://www.parkcityshows.com .

‘Tapas & Tastes’ at Ruth’s Chris
The Park City Wine Club will host "Tapas & Tastes" once a month at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse at Hotel Park City. The next session will be Thursday, Jan. 15, at 6 p.m. These events, which are open to Park City Wine Club members, will include tastings of tapas bites from Ruth’s Chris paired with wines. Fox School of Wine
The Fox School of Wine holds weekend wine series sessions, which is known as "educational happy hours," every Saturday at the Silver Baron Lodge, 2880 Deer Valley Dr., from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m. Participants will taste and learn about five wines that have been chosen for the weekend theme.
