Deer Valley Music Festival String Quartet Master Class
The Utah Symphony’s Deer Valley Music Festival will present a string quartet master class by the Muir Quartet at the Park City Library, 1255 Park Ave., on Thursday, July 16, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. The class is part of the Emerging Quartets and Composers program. Table for Twelve Summer Tasting
The Fox School of Wine will host a Table for Twelve tasting at the Market 1500 Snow Creek Dr., on Thursday, July 16, at 6:30 p.m. The topic will be "Picnic Perfect Pairings" and will feature specialty cheeses and meats from Nosh, the cheese shop inside the Market, paired with picnic friendly wines. Historic Park City Main Street Walking Tour
The Park City Museum offers Historic Main Street walking tours Monday through Saturday, until Saturday, Sept. 5. The tours, which last about 1½ hours, start at 2 p.m. at the museum, 528 Main St., and cost $5 per person or $12 for a walking tour and Park City Museum admission combo ticket. Groups of more than six people need to make reservations at least three weeks in advance. The tour is appropriate for ages 13 and older. Participants should arrive 10 minutes early, wear comfortable walking shoes, bring water and wear sun protection. There is no tour on July 31 and Aug 1.
