Park City Mountain and Canyons Opens
Park City Mountain and Canyons Resorts will open for the winter on Saturday, Nov. 21. The festivities include live music, giveaways and complimentary hot chocolate and coffee at the Park City base. ‘Shrek the Musical’
The drama department at Park City High School, 1750 Kearns Blvd., will wraps its run of "Shrek the Musical" on Saturday, Nov. 21, at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Ticket are $8 for adults and $5 for students. The cast includes Christian Labertew as Shrek, Eileen Riley as Fiona, Marcello Caro as Donkey, Alexa Wilcox as Dragon and Jayne Moyes as Pinocchio. The production was directed by Park City High School drama teacher JaNae Cottam.
St. Mary’s Holiday Boutique
St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1505 White Pine Canyon Rd., will wrap up its 17th annual holiday boutique from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 21, and Sunday, Nov. 22. The event will feature more than 60 vendors who will offer a variety of handmade and one-of-a-kind items for sale. A $2 donation is suggested for admission. All proceeds are used to support an emergency assistance fund at St. Mary’s.

Park City Culinary Institute Graduating Class Offerings
The Park City Culinary Institute, located on the third floor den of the Deer Valley Club, 7720 Royal Street East, invites the public to a graduating class offering on Wednesday, Nov. 25, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Home cooks and professionals have studied for the past two months, and will be serving hors d’oeuvres and a specialty cocktail they created.
