Pioneers in Your Attic at the Park City Museum

The Park City Museum and the University of Utah’s Marriott Library will present Pioneers in Your Attic on Thursday, Sept. 26, from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. The Utah Academic Library Consortium and the Mountain West Digital Library are working to identify and scan original documents related to pioneers and overland migration in the 19th century. Whole Foods’ Whole Kids Fundraiser

Whole Foods, 1748 W. Redstone Center Dr., will present a fundraiser for the Whole Kids Foundation, a program offering garden grants and healthy-eating education to local schools, on Friday, Sept. 27, from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. The event will feature a barbecue, face painting and Kim’s Cold Blooded Creatures. Youth Crew September Showdown

Basin Recreation’s Youth Crew will suit up for the September Showdown on Friday, Sept. 27, at Laser Quest from 5 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. Drop-off and pick-up will be at the Ecker Hill Middle School gym, 2465 Kilby Rd. Fall Photography Workshop with Rebekah Stevens at Gallery MAR

Cultivating Inner Balance at the Homestead Resort

The Homestead Resort will host a three-day inner-peace workshop, featuring author Tsolagiu "Toni" Ruizrazo, a Wolf Clan Cherokee elder, and Rahkweeskeh "Rahkeh" Miller, an Eel Clan Tuscarora elder, on Oct. 4 through Oct. 6. Participants will learn different forms of breathing and mediation and how to release stress from the body and mind as well as cultivate deeper levels of inner balance. Registration is $475 with a $200 non-refundable deposit.
