Denis Tanner, owner of the Kamas Food Town and part-owner of the new strip mall built adjacent to the grocery store, would like to see an Ace Hardware store become his new tenant.

The Kamas Planning Department reported Tanner’s hopes to the City Council in April. He could not be reached for comment. Ace Hardware had no comment.

So far, Tanner has been successful at bringing in a Family Dollar store and a Subway sandwich restaurant to the new development completed last year.
