Apple gadgets — two iPhones and an iPad — reported stolen in Park City

The Park City Police Department last week received at least three complaints involving stolen Apple gadgets.

The cases do not appear to be related and occurred in different areas of Park City. The cases included:

  • on Sunday, Sept. 23, the policed received a report that an iPhone was stolen the previous night from the vicinity of the Town Lift. The police received the report early in the afternoon. The police said in an online statement the victim had tracked his phone electronically to somewhere in Sandy. The person was told to contact the police in Sandy after the Park City police took the report. Public police logs did not identify which version of the phone was taken.
  • on Friday, Sept. 21, someone on the 1300 block of Snow Creek Drive reported an iPhone 4 had been taken earlier in the day.
  • on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 1:58 p.m., someone on Royal Street reported an iPad was stolen from a room in a lodge.
