Blind Dog owners in hot water

by Andrew Kirk, OF THE RECORD STAFF

On Aug. 27, Park City’s Frontier Bank filed papers in Third District Court to pursue Blind Dog owners Penelope and Derrick Kinsey for breach of contract on two loans totally $267,000.

The loans were for Rigger, a company of which the Kinseys are described as "members." One loan, of which $92,000 is outstanding, was for the now out-of-business Deep Blue Seafood market formerly on Sidewinder Drive. The other is for $175,000.

At least one of the loans was due Aug. 11. Neither the Kinseys nor a representative of Frontier Bank were available for comment.
