The Park City School District can meet specific training needs by designing and teaching a custom program. This is a service offered through the Community Education department. If you have any questions concerning the custom made classes call Judy at: 645-5600 x 1447.

National Merit Finalist

Sam Burke, a Winter Sports School graduate, was recently named a National Merit Finalist.

In March 2006 the National Merit Scholarship Corporation will award 8,200 scholarships to students with strong academic records and strong achievements outside the classroom.

Dean’s List

The following students from Park City earned a place on the fall dean’s list at their college or university.

Paul Cannon, who attends Concordia College in Minnesota, was named to the Dean’s Honor List for earning a gpa of 3.7 or higher.

Jonathan E. Koenig, a student in the Robert R. McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University, earned a gpa of at least 3.75. Koenig was the valedictorian for the class of 2005 at Park City High School.

Abby Lynn Siebert, a sophomore at Boise State University, had a gpa of 3.5 or higher and is majoring in Pre-Medical Studies.

Cassandra-Mary A. Thimm, is attending Colorado State University and earned a gpa of 3.5 or higher.
