Heather Brook, a Park City High School alumnus, was recently named to the Dean’s List at Pacific Lutheran University in Parkland, Wash., where she is pursing a degree in nursing.

Last summer splash camp

The Park City Aquatic Center is holding its last summer splash camp from Aug. 21-24. Campers spend their time in or around the water playing games, doing crafts and improving swimming skills. A small snack is also provided. The cost is $59. For more information, call 645-5617.

Foreign exchange host families needed

NW Services, a non-profit program, is seeking families in the area to host high school students from Japan, Mongolia, Germany, Columbia and other countries during next school year. Students are 15-18 years old and will begin arriving in August.
