Prudential named exclusive Realtors for Montage
According to a press release, Montage Deer Valley, a mountain resort with 174 guestrooms and 81 private residences slated to open winter 2010, has signed with Park City-based Prudential Utah Real Estate for exclusive representation of the Montage residences. Flint Decker, principal broker of DV Luxury Resort Realty, Montage’s in-house brokerage, negotiated the agreement with Steve Roney, owner of Prudential Utah Real Estate and Chris Robinson, the firm’s principal broker. According to the release, Prudential has done $2 billion in sales, has 110 full-time sales associates and nine offices.
Prices haven’t been set.
Jones Waldo Park City has two new attorneys
According to a press release, Jones Waldo has added two attorneys to its Park City office: Eric P. Lee and Robert C. Dillon. That brings the Park City legal team to six full-time attorneys. Dillon focuses his practice exclusively on complex real estate transactions. He has more than 35 years experience in commercial real estate and has represented a variety of national and international clients. He is currently involved in several major real estate transactions in Wasatch and Summit Counties. Dillon received his law degree from Emory University School of Law. Lee brings over 20 years of legal experience to the firm in both affirmative and defensive litigation services to a variety of clients in business, construction and real estate, among other fields. His practice also includes zoning, planning, land use and entitlement work. Mr. Lee received his law degree from the University of Utah and currently serves as a Director of the Park City Bar Association and a member of the Board of Trustees for Utah Open Lands.
