First Western Mortgage joins Frontier Bank
According to a press release, Frontier Bank recently announced First Western Mortgage a long time Park City mortgage brokerage firm has become Great Western, the recently launched mortgage division of Frontier Bank, FSB. First Western has over 25 years in the Park City market as a mortgage lender. As a bank and portfolio lender, Great Western offers expanded opportunities for new business to First Western’s loan officers, the release said. Andy Montgomery is the chairman and CEO of Frontier Bank, the Park City-headquartered bank established in 1998. In addition to a Park City and Salt Lake Valley location, there are three branches in California.
New Leger’s Deli in Heber
Lee Morin, owner of Leger’s Deli at Kimball Junction, recently announced his opening of a new location in Heber City in the Mountainland One Stop at 1175 South Main Street.
Mountain Town Realty expands
Jim and Billie Harsch, co-owners of Mountain Town Realty in Park City, are pleased to announce the expansion of their brokerage with the addition of Stephanie Watts. Stephanie Watts has been in real estate in the Park City area for almost four years. She is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and for the past two years, has specialized in working with buyers. Stephanie has lived in Park City for more than 16 years.
