Venture raises funds for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society For more than 10 years, Vail Resorts’ Specialty Sports Venture (SSV) has raised funds for local charities over the holidays with its Adopt-A-Cause campaign, including the Park City locations, according to a press release from the company. This year’s campaign will benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the world’s largest non-profit organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research and providing education and patient services. SSV’s Breeze stores in Salt Lake City and Park City have raised more than $15,000, and the campaign will continue through Jan. 6. Vail Resorts Echo, the company’s sustainability program, will match 50 cents for every dollar donated. Customers can support The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Adopt-A Cause program at local Breeze stores and Park City’s Max Snowboards through Jan. 6, 2013.
